Christmas Miracle

I know, ages and ages since I last posted. To be fair, I do not have a natural urge to write like true writers do, and any urge has been taken up by the following papers: "Marxist Analysis of Puss in Boots" and "Id, Ego and SuperEgo in the Scarlet Letter".

HOWEVER, thanks to...as usual...Dixie, I am posting, ok well stealing a questionnaire from her site. Look people, I'm in the midst of finals, you can't expect me to be creative on my own :)

When is the best time to open presents?
Christmas Morning. When I was a kid I was incredibly envious of my cousins who opened gifts Christmas Eve. But now I consider that wrong and twisted. I also consider it twisted that you can't find the Scrooge Musical on TV on Christmas Eve anymore too, so that should tell you how easily I use "twisted"

Have you been naughty or nice this year?
Oh so nice!! Except in traffic, when I channel my father. Ok and maybe I could have been a little more mature when I caught those kids shooting their BB guns at the back of my house (ok, but really, what kind of retarded shits do you have to be to think I won't hear BB's ricocheting off my window?)

Real tree or imitation tree?
Fake. We always had fake b/c bro was allergic. I tried real when I moved into my first apartment, and the tree scratched the crap out of me so badly I thought about having a throw down with it. That and I can't even keep cacti alive, you expect me to remember to water something that's already dead? PLUS, I leave my lights on my tree every year, so I never have to string lights. That alone is worth it.

Texans don't know exactly what a chestnut is :) I finally tried one at a Christmas carnival and it was kinda gross. Sorry Yankees.

Pecan Pie, of COURSE. And though it's not a pie, that chocolate pudding thing with the pecan crust my sister does. MMMMMMMM....

Rrrrrr...no. Frankly I don't know a single person who does that. But then, round here they just stick our mail in a big centralized box cluster, and they usually get it wrong at that.
